Can I Get My Jewellery Repaired?

Repair Services: Should your jewellery require repairs, I am on hand to restore it to its original splendour. I handle each case individually to ensure the highest care.

Are There Different Metals Available?

Yes, we offer a range of metals including gold, silver, and gold filled to cater to different preferences and styles.

What If I Need to Reschedule My Appointment?

Rescheduling: We understand plans can change. If you need to reschedule, simply get in touch with us as soon as possible to arrange a new appointment.

Will my Permanent Jewellery affect airport security?

No need to worry about airport scanners — our Permanent Jewellery is crafted to ensure you sail through security hassle-free. It's designed to be travel-friendly, so you can keep your cherished pieces wherever your journey takes you.

What should I do if I need to remove my Permanent Jewellery?

In the rare case that you need to remove your Permanent Jewellery, for medical procedures or otherwise, it can be easily done. The jewellery is attached to a jump ring which can be cut with kitchen scissors for example. If you're not comfortable doing this yourself, we're here to help at our studio. We will be happy to re-weld at a later day for a fee of £5 - £10 depending on the chain used.
