PERMANENT JEWELLERY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Bespoke Service
All permanent jewellery is a bespoke service. Each bracelet, anklet or other piece is individually measured and fitted to the customer before being welded closed. Once the chain has been cut to size, it is considered a bespoke item and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Weld Guarantee
We offer a 30-day weld guarantee from the date of your appointment.

If your permanent jewellery breaks specifically at the weld point within 30 days, we will re-weld it free of charge, provided the original chain is still available and suitable for re-welding.

The guarantee applies to the weld point only and does not cover damage to the chain itself, accidental damage, stretching, snagging, catching, cutting or general wear and tear.

After 30 Days
If your jewellery breaks at the weld point after the 30-day guarantee period, we can re-weld it for a £10 re-welding fee.

No Refunds
Due to the bespoke nature of our permanent jewellery service, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. This includes circumstances where you change your mind after the chain has been cut, fitted or welded.

If you choose to have your permanent jewellery removed or cut after purchase, this does not entitle you to a refund or replacement.

Care & Responsibility
Permanent jewellery is designed to be worn every day, however it is not indestructible. Please take reasonable care of your jewellery and avoid excessive pulling, snagging or catching.

Aura Eternity cannot be held responsible for damage caused by misuse, accidents or normal wear and tear.
